Durant Building Contractors & Consultants is headed by Andrew Durante, a Registered Builder who also holds a Building Consultancy Licence. We are members and accredited with both the M.B.A. & I.B.C. A considerable amount of training is required to obtain and maintain the accreditation with the M.B.A. and I.B.C. It requires hours of training and attendance to the relevant courses eg. Timber framing masonry codes, the B.C. A. and relevant building regulations of Australia. I attend regular seminars to get up to date with my CPR information during the course of each year.

Town Houses.We have worked on the Housing Projects at the Olympic Village as a Building Consultant and Building Co-Coordinator for Lend Lease.

 

• Building Consultancy Work which includes thousands of inspections & assessments for G.I.O., M.B.A., I.B.C., Owner Builders Insurances, Home Owner Warranty Insurance N.R.M.A., Real Estate Agents, Solicitors, Lending Authorities & the General Public

 

• Experience on Mediation Resolution
